Dora is sitting in the photo center near the house at 2133 Sayre Avenue in the backyard. The garage is on the left with a hanging bluebird house; wrens used to nest in there. George remembers in winter they would carry the heavy glass with wood frame windows up and over the steep roof overhang, lift them into the sill, and secure with latches.
