Elijah Foley

Elijah Foley was born about 1800 in the state of Virginia. He married Phebe ___ and Elizabeth of Kentucky. His ten children were born in Kentucky. Elijah settled in Garrard county, Kentucky and was a constable by occupation. Elijah died between 1850 and 1854 and John Foley became guardian of the children. [Marriage Bond for Willis F.
